Open-Air Cinema Experience

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our open-air cinema services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our cinema establishment. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations

  • Maintain respectful behavior towards other patrons and staff members at all times
  • Arrive punctually and follow seating arrangements as designated by our staff
  • Refrain from bringing outside food, beverages, or prohibited items onto the premises
  • Keep noise levels to a minimum during film screenings to ensure enjoyable experience for all
  • Properly dispose of waste in designated areas and help maintain cleanliness of the venue
  • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures as communicated by venue staff
  • Respect intellectual property rights by not recording, photographing, or reproducing any content

3. Service Limitations

Our open-air cinema services are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather, technical difficulties, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify screening schedules, substitute films, or implement capacity restrictions as deemed necessary for safety and operational efficiency. Ticket purchases are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by management.

Weather Policy: All screenings are weather-dependent. In case of rain, severe wind, or other adverse conditions, events may be cancelled with minimal notice for patron safety.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All films, promotional materials, and content displayed at our venue are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Our venue name, logo, and marketing materials are proprietary and protected intellectual property.

5. Liability Limitations

Patrons attend screenings at their own risk. We maintain reasonable safety measures but cannot guarantee protection against all potential hazards associated with outdoor events. Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase price. We are not responsible for personal property damage, theft, or loss occurring on premises. Patrons assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings throughout their visit.

  • Personal property damage or theft
  • Parking-related incidents or vehicle damage

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal dispute resolution procedures. Arbitration shall be conducted according to established commercial arbitration rules, with decisions being final and enforceable.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect minimal personal information necessary for ticket sales and customer communication. Your privacy is respected, and personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent except as required by law. By purchasing tickets, you consent to receiving promotional communications which you may opt out of at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from premises without refund: disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment of other patrons or staff, unauthorized commercial activities, bringing weapons or dangerous items, and violation of applicable laws or regulations.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at our venue and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated through our standard notification channels.

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately and remain in force until modified or superseded.
